Shamiel Gary
Shamiel Gary — Founder & Head Coach
Every girl deserves the chancetostep into herfull potential. Too often, young womenin sports don’t have the same opportunities or visibility as their peers. Shamiel Gary knows what it takes to compete at the highest level. As a former NFL player, national speaker, and mentor, he’s spent his career helping people rise to challenges with confidence and resilience. Now, his mission is to guide the next generation of female athletes equipping them not just to play, but to lead on and off the field. With passion, discipline, and heart, Shamiel is building more than a team. He’s fueling a movement to grow girls flag football in Oklahoma. He believes the sport can thrive here just as it has in California, Florida, and Texas and with the Olympic debut in 2028, he sees it poised to explode, just like women’s soccer did in the early 2000s. His vision: to ensure every girl in this program feels seen, valued, and ready to step into a future where opportunities are wide open and leadership is second nature.
